Unfortunately, the American Jeep does not have lights mounted in the rear bumper as your photo shows. As much as I would like to help, I would not want to give you bad information.

Malheureusement, la Jeep américaine n'a pas de feux montés dans le pare-chocs arrière comme le montre votre photo. Autant j'aimerais aider, autant je ne voudrais pas vous donner de mauvaises informations.

I will prefer as it is in USA, because ther is a lot of muddy inside the rear bumper to change a Lamp.

I was able to repair my rear fog light, you have to remove two bolts from the inside of the bumper, remove the connector and take out the fog light from the outside, then you can access the bulb. Here it is, it is necessary to clean well before the interior of the bumper to access the screws.
