Can't get the lockers on a 2011 JK Rubicon to work

Looking to buy a 2011 JK rubicon , automatic

jsute cant get the lockers to work

1) neutral
2) 4 LO
3) pressing the axle lock button no lights flashings in dash , lockers wont lock

anyone had this happened to him ?

Just asking :) Not everyone realizes it's a rocker at first.

I wonder if it's the sensor and the locker actually engaged? Seems odd that BOTH would be bad... Fuse? Sorry, haven't seen this happen.
 
all fuses ok ...as ^per the owner manual ( M33 fuse )
they definitely dint lock ,,,,,cause I turn real tight no tire chirping noises
I have a 86 CJ , with lockers , believe me woulndt turn smooth with lockers on

The manual for my daughters '12 (just happened to have the PDF handy) states M3 is for the lockers, M33 is for the Powertrain Controller. It just seems very odd for neither to blink, so the common thing could still be the fuse (unless you made a typo).
