I have a 2013’ JKU Sport I recently had both valve cover gaskets replaced by a local mechanic because I didn’t want to run into a problem with connections not working but unfortunately that’s exactly what’s happening on bank one check engine light is on and it stumbles.
if I unplug bot VCT soeinolds then it’s fine.
I’m getting 4.96 volts on the 3 pins (1,2,4) for the camshafts (both sides) do I need 5 volts exactly?
I’m not sure where to go from here because the mechanic can’t fix it has no answers (I did not pay him anything yet) although on bank 1 connector one pin is not in great condition so I will replace that pigtail connector just wondering if I’m missing something?
thank you let me know any suggestions
