Best Aftermarket Head Units

I bought a 2015 Sahara with an existing after marker back up camera. I would like to be able to use it, but it appears they had an aftermarket head unit as well and replaced it with a factory head unit when they traded it in. I would like to go with an after market head unit but still want to be able to use the steering wheel controls. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good one? Reasonably priced.

Some will suggest this, but if you dont have that sort of cash I have this Kenwood, but may switch to a different one eventually. Sometimes the headunit just wont work (black screen) and sometimes will randomly disconnect from apple car play. However, when it does work *which is most of the time* it does so remarkably well. It is fast and responsive.
(Mine doesnt have a dimming feature which is super annoying at night)

I may personally switch to this one and sell the one in my jeep currently.

That one is very, very nice. I've looked into them extensively, and everyone seems to like it. It's also one of the few head units currently that has wireless CarPlay.
