Anyone recognize this random part banging around inside my cab?

I've had a 2011 JKU for some time. It originally came with soft top but I only got the hard top and since then I put on a Bestop Glide NX myself. Today while cleaning under the rear seat I found this which does look like some type of top part....wondering if it's from the OEM or something off my Bestop. Anyone got a clue?

That's not a bad guess. I little smaller then I would think but it's got the right holes and shapes...will have a look!

Does part of it rotate?
I thought it might be the spacer block on the freedom panel's rear edge. Although it looks a little different than my 2014.

Here it is:

There are 6 of them that hold the hardtop down to the edges of the bed. The torx screws go through the bed and into these to hold the top down.

Ah...I was thinking f-panel. I now understand what it is. It came off the railing of the bed and the Torx goes into that. Wonder if any other fell off.
