Anyone know who makes this rear bumper?

Does anyone recognize this rear bumper? I purchase it used along with a Barricade front bumper without any hardware. I am having issues finding the correct bracket for the rear to attach to the frame.

The bumper sits snuggle on the outside of the frame. The two smaller bolt holes line up perfectly. The larger two line up with the larger oval holes. I assume there should be an internal bracket to bolt to? Otherwise, I am not certain how to secure the larger bolts.

Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Hmmm, I'm not sure who makes that one. I just searched through a bunch of them, and while it looks close, it doesn't match up to any of them. There's a good chance it could be a homemade rear bumper.

It's a standard Chinese bumper, probably barricade, could be smittybilt, etc.
If the PO bought a front barricade, there is a good chance we can assume they wanted a matching (brand) set:
