Anyone have tricks or specific lubricant or something alike for greasing up the door hinges so removing them is easier? I don't think the PO took them off much - it was a process......

Yep, I just put a marine grade grease on my hinges. Never had any issue with them again after doing that. Easy and simple!
I took a rag and held it at the bottom of each hinge while filling them with white lightening lube. (It was all I had). Seems to work fine.

White lithium grease works wonders. Have a couple cummins and they both have very noisy hinges, white lithium seems to work the best so far
