Any other settings I should change on my PCM after re-gearing?

Hello! I just regeared my 2007 sport to 4.88’s.. i changed the computer setting for the gears but wasn’t sure if i should change any other settings on the computer? Sorry if this is an obvious answered question

The only other thing you'd want to change is the tire size stored in the PCM.
