2003 JK black with gloss black fenders. Don't like my fenders gloss black and would like change like the sport models.
What would you suggest on paint?
1. The most simple is just scuffing the fenders and then spraying with rust-oleum matt black. I tested on a piece of gloss black plastic and I liked the results.
OR
2. As many recommend Krylon fusion satin black (tested and looked Ok.
3. Rust-oleum bumper and trim paint.
By the way my Jeep is a sport where someone painted the fenders gloss.
As far as what type of paint goes I'm looking for the most durable and easiest to clean, I do realize my gloss would most likely be the easiest, I just don't like it.
Also I live in a area that has mostly gravel roads and a lot of cow crap which is difficult to remove. Thanks much for the suggestions
