I accidentally blasted water through the pcv hose while attempting to flush the heater core..I've drained the oil and water🤬 removed the filter. Do I need to pull the spark plugs?

If you have a manual put it in gear and rock it to turn the engine over a couple of full cycles change the oil then try the using the key, run the engine up to temp shut down and change oil and filter again then drive and check oil for signs of water. If automatic bump the starter with very short bumps making sure engine turns over with out locking up, if turns over okay then run the engine up to temp shut down and change oil and filter again then drive and check oil for signs of water. You should be okay.

You should be ok with an oil change if you didn’t start it. The water would just flow down to the bottom of pan. Water is heavier than oil.
When running it up to temp any water left will evaporate.
