Hey guys, I am getting ready to regear from my stock gears to 4.88. I have a 2013 JK 2 door Sport and not sure what the stock gearing is as what I can find tells me different things. Will I need to get a new carrier for the rear? I have ordered a new carrier for the Dana 30 as I am installing a locker but want to make sure I have the correct items for the rear.

Im pretty sure you will need a new carrier. You can enter you vin here (https://fcacommunity.force.com/RAM/s/equipment-listing ) and find out what your jeep came with from the factory.

Whats the rest of your mod? Lift? Tire size? I'm curious whats driving the 4.88 gearing.
