[QUOTE="hbar, post: 456279, member: 21924"] Finally got around to doing this, thanks to permanent P06DD & P0522 codes. I know Dorman makes an aluminum one, but I happened on this one in my Vine list and free is free so I went with it. Currently $84 if you have to use actual monies. Permanent codes gone after about an hour of driving. The job isn't that bad, but it's not all that fun either. Took maybe 2 hours total, excluding time to drive to HF for E-torx bits. It uses the newer style of oil filter, which amounts to nothing other than that I have to remember to get an oil filter off a newer JK. The only other difference from what I pulled off my 2012 was the "extrusion" (?) you can see on the lower right in the photo. Mine didn't have that, and I had to be smart in how I got it into the valley, but ultimately it posed no issue.
