Hey everyone, I have a 2012 Jeep JK with auto, and I do plan on keeping that car for a long time... (not because of the loan on it, lmao), I want a manual swap it, has anyone done it? What's the part list? Costs? Suggestions where to buy? And no, I don't want to buy a manual kit for 10k, that's too much.

If you don't want to buy a kit, then you're looking at salvage yard parts. How much it costs depends on how many parts you get there vs the parts store.
You'll need a transmission, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, shifter, and pedals. Beyond that, the parts will depend on the specific choices you make. For example, is the setup you decide on going to use a mechanical or hydraulic clutch? How much will you need to diddle your computer to make it happy? Are your driveshafts going to fit (hint: probably not)? Are you prepared to fabricate a transmission crossmember?
