2012 O2 Sensor Reading

My 2012 was showing 1.3v for the B2S1 O2 sensor. I put in a new sensor (Walker) and it still reads the same. The B2S2, B1S1, & B1S2 sensors all ready within spec (.1-.9v). I have checked out the wiring and do not see anything.

Anyone ever have this issue or know what I could look for?

Disregard this. I started tracing wires and found all 4 wires for the B2S1 O2 sensor were cut right were they go into the main harness. Cut the wires out of the harness and connected them back together and all is well.
