My 2012 is throwing P06DE code intermittently. The oil pressure sensor was recently replaced with a Mopar unit. Oil pressure, according to Torque Pro, is between 25-80 PSI depending on engine load when the engine is warm. Upon a cold start, oil pressure is up to 90-95 PSI. It seems like the dual stage oil pump is doing what it is supposed to be doing.

Any ideas other than oil pump?

Done any wheeling lately that included a relatively steep grade? As you mentioned, the "engine load" does have some effect on the dual stage. Lower RPMs on a downgrade, for example, may cause the PCM to shut off the oil pump solenoid until such time as the RPMs increase, or the ride levels out and normal pressures are indicated.

Unless the issue becomes pretty intermittent and seems to throw a code for no obvious reason, I think you're okay. I've also read the solenoid inside the oil pump can go bad, and that, unfortunately, cannot be changed by itself.

Never had this Jeep off road.

I'll keep a watch on it. I don't think changing the oil pump would be hard, just time consuming.

As far as I know, the Jeep does not have a separate oil pressure control solenoid; rather, the dual-stage oil pump is controlled by the PCM. If the pump were mechanically stuck, you'd likely see consistently high oil pressure, not intermittent issues. Since your oil pressure fluctuates normally with load, that suggests the pump is functioning but could be getting incorrect signals.

The issue is likely related to either the wiring or the PCM’s control over the dual-stage oil pump rather than the pump itself.
