2011 JK seat slides forward but won't go up

1st post - My 2011 JK passenger side 'easy' entry seat slides forward/back but will not disengage up. I pull the mechanism like instructed in the attached video but it does not budge. Before I slide the jack under and break something does anyone have a suggestion?

Not sure about that. Many earlier TJs (2-doors) didn't have fold and tumble seats like this, whereas later ones did. I wonder if such is the case on earlier JKs.

The driver side works properly, passenger side - no go.

Could either be something is jammed or rusty from not being used.

You may have to pull the seat and check that the cables are hooked up
