2009 Wrangler with 6 spd. Issue

I have a 2009 Wrangler with 63,000 miles on it. Every so often, at a very low speed. Like when I am pulling into my driveway. It jumps out of 1st gear. It has never jumped out of gear while driving it with normal acceleration. As when shifting from 1st to 2nd. Only in a parking lot or driveway. Has anyone experienced this?

2017 here, but I had a bad habit of leaving my hand on the gear shift, and when pulling in first gear I was mindlessly giving a little back/left pressure, which would make it pop out like you say. I fought for months to break that bad habit. Sometimes I would put it in first, but not quite all the way, or start to release the clutch as I was putting it in (microseconds here) and same would happen.
