2008 JK Running lights not working

Hello everyone, I have an 08 2dr JK. My running lights stopped working last night. Front and rear running lights and the license plate light. I’ve replaced fuses M17 and M18. I’ve also redone the ground to the left of the power steering cap. Does anyone know what the issue might be? A different fuse or ground maybe? or something else?

You could possibly have a broken ground wire, were you doing anything to the Jeep just before they quit working?
