I just got a 2018 JKU Sport S with the winch capable factory steel bumper. My questionas are, there are two openings on the vertical surface of the bumper. One is lower for addition of a fairlead and another one above it. Are there filler plates available to close these openings up? Additionally, can the outboard bumper blocks be removed and replaced with recovery brackets? Thanks for your suggestions.

Here's how mine looks (2016) as I received it. I've never taken the vertical or top covers off but obviously they're removable for winch installation.

I determined that this bumper was made by AEV in Wixom Michigan. AEV told me the no longer supply the lower filler plate, so I am looking for one. There is a used one on ebay for $90.00. That seems a bit high. If anyone has one, I would be interested if the price is reasonable.
