Many of the local trails (Orange County) have been closed due to being washed out.
I'd love to get some trail time in, but where?

Calico trails are open. Spring time is a good time to go as it’s not too hot.
Big Bear is always a winner in the hot months.
What type of trails do you usually run?
I’m wanting to try clawhammer and nightmare in Johnson valley before summer.

We ran John Bull East (in the TJ) and we head up to Silverado Canyon quite often, just because it's close.
There were some other trails off of 74 that I believe are now closed.
We are not trail experts by any definition.
