Bouncing Rear Seat

I often fold up the rear seat and use the storage area from the back door (trash cans, luggage, moving, work, etc. My issue is the rear seat folds up against the front seat, but won't stay put. potholes etc cause it to bounce back and forth and irritate the heck out of me. I use a bungee cord to the driver's side headrest to pull the seat securely against the back of the front seat.
Any more elegant aftermarket clips, cords, brackets ideas that can be easily removed when not in use?

Some time ago, I read a post that showed a factory strap that secures the rear seat when folded, but for the life of me I cannot find it now.
It MAY have been posted in a different forum though, as I follow a few for Wrangler lineup.

Do you have a 2 door? If so, here is what I purchased to solve the same problem:

There is a link a few posts earlier in that thread.
