I was changing my drag link and my ratchet got pinched on these wires and cut them in half. How easy would it be to connect them again or if I could buy a wiring harness for them?

Should be very easy to splice them back together. If there isn't enough slack in the harness, add a little wire to each and call it a day. I would recommend soldering them together if you can, if not a butt splice will do the job.

Splice them together with whatever method you want but I recommend using heat shrink tubing to keep the wires from getting corrosion. Don't just wrap them in electrical tape and call it a day.
