Grill guard lights

While I don't have such lights on the Jeep (either of them), I'll offer the following option to both protect and conceal otherwise-exposed wiring...

If possible, I replace exposed wiring with an appropriately-sized SO cord.
As an example, I recently made a new harness for the tourpack on my Harley. The harness needed to have 6 different conductors; ground, power, switched power, brake light, & turn signals.
I used a length of 16-8 SO cord:

This option works great, so long as you can make good electrical connections that retain the weatherproof properties of the cable - which isn't always possible.
In my case, I used a 6-pin Deutsche connector that can be concealed under the seat; probably not a great option for just 2 wires though.

In that case, I would just feed the exposed wire section through a length of fuel line, heat shrink the ends, and then zip tie it along the grill guard until it can be tucked behind the bumper, grille, etc.
