Right Rear Running Light Not Working

My right rear running light is not working even though the turn signal, brake and back up lights work. It's not the bulb and there is no power to the running light terminal. Any suggestions how to diagnose this? Is there a separate fuse to just the running light as opposed to a fuse for the whole tail assembly?

Did you install new lights? Or did this just start on your existing lights? I've installed cheap China lights in the past that were defective
 
If it were a fuse, it would absolutely affect more than just one bulb. Grab your multimeter and start looking for the faulty wire.
