Those are mirror brackets when you take your doors off. I have the same ones on my Jeep. I replaced the knobs with bolts because I use these mirrors every day.Are these pod light holders? These came in my girlfriends wrangler when she got it. If so any recommendations on pod lights?

How do these hold up in increment weather? Like snow, heavy wind/rain? I thought about doing this same thing to my Jeep. Those are mirror brackets when you take your doors off. I have the same ones on my Jeep. I replaced the knobs with bolts because I use these mirrors every day.

I have no issues with mine. They've been on for I think 2 1/2 years now. I do put RainX on them when I treat my windshield. How do these hold up in increment weather? Like snow, heavy wind/rain? I thought about doing this same thing to my Jeep.

Because if I'm driving and there's 50 mph crosswinds, etc, which are not uncommon where I live, I want to know if these mirrors are going to get slammed into the side of my door or not. The OEM ones can take it.Without intending to be snarky, "who cares"?
The set of new mirrors, arms, and brackets is only about $40 IIRC.
Replacing them every 4-5 years is no big deal.
