I'm not familiar enough with the rear glass differences to know if they are close enough to be compatible...

When I purchased my JK I noticed water in the jack compartment. I had the dealer test the tailgate and glass seals for water intrusion and they were fine. The first time I drove in the rain and accessed the rear I experienced this issue and the source of the water...
