Collapsed radiator hose

I don't know if this is anything or not. Today while I was changing my plugs (57k) I noticed my radiator hose was completely collapsed (as in suction that was not being relieved).
Maybe this is common ( looked strange to me) Does this require some type of action from me?

It's my (09) hunting vehicle and doesn't get a lot of action. The plugs were probably the original Champions and were absolute buggers to remove. Is there any benefit to changing the coil block if it's still running fine albeit approaching 15 yr. age? What other things I should consider evaluating? So far it's only been regular fluid maintenance changes.

Replace your radiator cap. Had this happen on my 07 and several work vehicles. New cap has always worked. 🍺🍺

I second this. When I first purchased my 07 used in 2020, I observed the same thing. After changing that hose and it kept doing it.... I did some research and I went to the Jeep dealership and got a factory radiator cap and NOT A PROBLEM SINCE. Make sure to get the factory one from the dealership, it was under $20 for me... I wanna say $13 or $16. I read that it is hit or miss with one from an auto parts store and it's not a costly part anyway.

I replaced my leaking Factory radiator cap 4 years ago with one from Amazon it's a Gates and works good.
