Death wobble culprit?

Could this be the culprit for my death wobble? I lifted the tires and the don't budge, so ball joints are good I guess. Any thoughts?

With the Jeep not running and the key on run have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth while you watch for alot of play before the tire starts to move. There should be 0 play in anything in the steering system.
