What’s available for phone and GPS mounts? How are people mounting these devices? I haven’t found much on line. I’ve used Ram Mounts in the past, but can’t decide where to mount them on the Jeep dash.

That’s definitely a possibility.
I saw where you can use ram mount 1” balls to hold the passenger side grab bar on. That would give 2 mounting places, but the cost was pretty high, and I can’t seem to find it again.

This and the
This and the dash organizer might just do the trick. Don’t think I need the trays but the tube will work

I use their phone case and their mount. Believe me when I say if you go with this setup you will thank me 100 times over. It's absolutely brilliant, works like a charm, and my iPhone wirelessly charges while attached to the mount.

Trust me, this setup is just fucking brilliant! I have a mount for my mountain bike too.

So, I ride a R1150GS and am sold on the Ram mount/s systems. All of them can be bought at reasonable prices too. SO I ordered some parts and within 45 mins ended up with this setup. The passenger side mount will also work on the driver side and attaches to the same location/s as the vector bar. Since I don't VLOG I had no need for the expense of that bar...though I really like it. All in all, I have about 40$ in this. I happen to have some "stand off" material that was in my tool box from working on air carrier aircraft.
Drilled the grab handle with #7 bit and tapped with 1/4 X20. The passenger side stand off, same process but had to cut the head off a 1/4 X20 bolt.

I got this on Amazon. Don’t know how to copy the link, but it’s a Lamicall motorcycle phone mount. $17.00. Works great for the money. Clamps on to your grab bar. Swivels and expands for small or large phones. I have a iphone and it works great.
