Leak from door seal

I have a 2016 Sahara JKU that I bought from a dealership a little over a month ago. I've had water under my carpets every time it rains and i finally traced back the leak to the door seals. Its definitely worse on the drivers side but i gets some liquid on the passengers as well. Not sure if this is coincidence but these are the only two doors I've taken off. If i open the door, the leak stops and i can see it start back up once i close the door again. It seems as though the seal isn't tight enough against the frame? I've attached a couple videos showing the leak.

Any recommendations on what to tell the dealership who said they would take care of it? Its not from a Jeep dealership so i'm sure their service dept. aren't experts.

The first thing I would try is to apply Silicone Grease to all the door gaskets.

My factory doors don't leak like that.
But Bestop Core Doors with OEM windows has the same symptoms. I havent completely resolved the issue, but the silicon grease slowed it down.
My current suspected area is where the slant of the window meets the vertical of the door.
