I haven't done it before but looking at the app in demo mode it should be the following steps.
1. Go to Adaptation
2. Go to DRL (should be first option)
3. Choose bottom option (Daytime running lights off/on)
4. Use drop down arrow to open menu and scroll to selection
5. OK

Yeah, did all that. Did everything in the instructions and they never came on. Then saw the manual said you must drive at least 3 feet to activate drls. Not so easy when I have to wait to put her on the road.
Hmm, I set my DRLs with JScan and they come on as soon as I put her in gear. But, I don't have an '08....
