I didn't find any like yours but here are some other options in case you like them.

It looks like the clamp the holds the cable on the post. If it's not replaced, the OP is going to experience a lot of issues, if they're driving it.
Oh, somehow I missed that in one of the photos.
Yeah, I'm not sure where you get that. Personally I'd just replace the battery cables with new ones even if they are a different style.
