I have the 3.5 in rock krawler adventure series long arm lift on my 4dr Jk. I noticed on the drivers side upper control arm that the resonators O2 sensor is being hit when the drivers side front axle droops. The pictures below show the O2 sensor is definitely contacting the arm, but I do not see damage to the sensor, nor indications that the arm is fully moving past the sensor. With this being said, I’m curious if anyone knows of some exhausts that will cooperate with a long arm and give me the clearance needed when flexing. I have also noticed what sounds like an exhaust leak coming from the headers so I probably will be replacing the exhaust from headers all the way through to mitigate all forthcoming exhaust problems.

I have BBK long tube headers and high flow cats on my 08.

Since you have headers and looks like a made up exhaust is probably why it's a issue.

I did have the jeep taken over to an exhaust shop and some extra pipe was added in for clearance on the passenger side but it does look like the drivers side was tampered with too, maybe the shop did something wrong...

Go to your local exhaust shop and have them fab you up a custom exhaust. This is what I did on my mid-arm build. This is the best advice I can possibly give you. Don't go with anything bolt-on, go for a custom setup as it can address things that bolt-ons won't.
