I recently installed a Bestop Sailcloth Replace-A-Top about 8 months ago. All of a sudden in harsh rains it leaks only on the passenger side. Anyone else have those issue?

I have not been able to locate it. My door is dry during the rain, so I assume it’s fine up top. None of the plastic on the dash is wet either. I do not know how it could come from the lower part of the door?

It wouldn't be coming from the lower part of the door. It would be coming from the header seal (where the top connects to the top of the windshield or the upper door seal most likely.

Sit in the vehicle and have someone spray it down with a hose while you're in it. This will pinpoint the leak if you pay close attention, and it will make it much easier to diagnose. Right now, we're just firing shots in the dark unfortunately. Until you know where it's coming from at least (y)

no leak but i notice where the side window wraps around the door always flaps and pulls out of the jamb. Happens on both sides. the top is 3 years old but was just installed for the first time a few weeks ago. Is this a common problem?
I can add some velcro along the jamb. For today I put a few pieces of tape on it.

I have also ran into this problem a time or two. When putting the windows in I’ve found it beneficial to zip the window about halfway. Set the corners and wrap them in the door jamb. Afterwards, closing the door to set it and add pressure. Then finish zipping the window and velcrowing, etc.

i tried this and it seemed to be about the same. I ordered 10 feet of industrial strength velcro and will add a strip to both sides. That should cure the flapping...i hope.
