Big no to a 10” width rim. Keep it 8.5” at most. 17x8.5 is the perfect size for a 35. 8.5” width will give you barely any poke.It will fit but the real question will it be the correct rim for the width of the tire, the answer for that is no. If it was me i'd want at least a 10" wide rim for a 35" tall tire.

Just think about what vehicle we are referring too and what most do with this vehicle. Rocks and all kinds of other crap will get stuck in the tires and sling all over the side of the Jeep with a 10” wide rim. If the skateboard look is what somebody wants I guess go wideI'm not 100% wrong by saying 10" it's just what i'd prefer. I just searched 2 different tire Manufacturers and 1 said 8.5 to 10 and the other said 8 to 11.

Thank you for your replies I plan on putting a 3.5 to 4 inch lift on it I just didn't want to spend the money for new rims this year with a lift, tires, retractable rock sliders, new front and rear bumpers,I have enough money going out the door so far
