Does anyone have a photo or a diagram that shows the location for tapping the PS gearbox on a 08 jk for hydrolic assist?

I have a 2008 jku Sahara 3.8 and have a problem i cant find, under load 30 mph to 40 mph between 1300 and 1500 rpm it sounds like the engine surging. Replaced camshaft position sencer, crankshaft position sencer and o2 sensor. Cleaned throdle body, any help or suggestions?
