    Unfortunately that’s what it sounds like… that’s exactly what mine was doing after several burps … just kept getting air in and overflowing the burp funnel … Take heads to an automotive machine shop and the can pressure test then for cracks and then mill them flat for around 3-400$ Good luck...

    Check radiator fan, see if it comes in at 225 degrees with the a/c off. If it doesn’t come on then the computer on the fan is the most likely culprit. Whole fan will need to be replaced… expensive part but easy fix (should only take 15 minutes)

    Is it still overheating or just getting air in system but still cooling? Second, do you have oil in your coolant that is being pushed into the reservoir? Third, is there coolant in your oil? Without that being answered I’d say you are still getting air in the system and there are 2 likely...

    Unfortunately it is integral to the fan, which is why they cost so much. I found an aftermarket fan for about 400 bucks.

    This is gonna be long so hold on to ur shorts…. I experienced an under temp code so I changed the thermostat. (BTW anytime you put in a new thermostat, ALWAYS take it apart and work the action to ensure there is no factory gloss seal inhibiting it from opening on its virgin trial) A week later...

    P06DD after Dorman oil cooler install

    14-18 JK filter is what you need to use. Housing is built for the last model JK filters. Just installed one of these on my 15 JKU. You will definitely be happy with it as you won’t find a valley full of oil and coolant like the plastic one left you with!
