Finally found my issue, had a pinhole leak in the weld on back side of catalytic converter. What a pita, 6 shops and left at dealer for 1.5 months. Decided to change the one thing I din't think it could be and whammy there it was.

I put walker CATs on as recommended and NTK O2 sensors as everyone seems to swear by them. I didn't have this code till well after replacing my bank 1 cat. I reset PCM twice and replaced it
