2013 JKU manual: random no crank issue

You bought a warranty? If I understood it correctly then take it back to where you bought it and tell them to fix it. If they can’t, I’d tell them I want my money back. I’d check the ignition switch personally. I’d also turn the key to run and the run a jumper wire to the starter and crank it...

    Level kit with tires

I just put LT275/70R18 tires on mine and for me, they are perfect. Another thought…..do you know the axle gear ratio? If it’s 3.21 then personally I wouldn’t go larger than 33. If 3.73 then I wouldn’t go bigger than 35. I have 3.73 and I stayed with the above tires and I love them.

    Level kit with tires

I’d go with no more than a 33 inch tire. The 305 width is pretty wide so will probably rub without spacers or new wheels.

What brand of TPMS sensors work well?

Use your TPMS….disable your TPMS….do whatever makes you happy. I dont understand the whole “stop liking what I don’t like” mentality. I dislike the whole duck thing. There is not a single duck in my Jeep. But if you like ducks in your Jeep….duck away. Doesn’t change my life if I dislike...

    Overheating

OP….not trying to be a jerk but I’ve asked a few other questions several posts back you still haven’t answered about your cooling system. We are trying to help you diagnose your system to help fix it and to keep you from throwing parts at it.

What brand of TPMS sensors work well?

I turned off the TPMS in my F150 because it's only a light. Doesn't show individual tire pressure. I like the individual tire pressures showing on the TPMS in the Jeep. So, I'll keep it. I ended up buying 4 sensors from Extreme Terrain (sent the single one back) and replaced them all when...

    Overheating

Not necessarily. An air bubble in the system will also keep heated water out of the heater core. Shutting off water to the heater core will not cause overheating. The OP had recent work done on his cooling system which increases the likelihood that there is air in the cooling system.

    Overheating

Well we know you have air in the system. If you want to replace the thermostat, get a Mahle/Clevite from Rock Auto. Don’t buy from Amazon as that’s a good way to get counterfeit parts. Check your gas cap. I’d replace it.

    Overheating

I just reread your post and saw you said you didn’t have cabin heat. That’s an indicator of air in your cooling system.

    Overheating

Sometimes a certain code is caused by something other than what it appears. For example, a fuel injector can cause misfires even though most people think of ignition issues with misfire codes.

    Overheating

Make sure you bleed the radiator well. Any trouble codes? Is the radiator fan running when the temps are in the 225-230 range? Does the fan run when the AC is on? I’d take a laser thermometer and go around checking the hot and cooled side of the radiator when the engine is warm looking for...

    Overheating

Color hasn’t been standardized in coolants. You want an OAT coolant. Do NOT mix OAT and HOAT. Personally, to be safe I don’t even mix brands of coolant. I use Peak Final Charge any time I need an OAT coolant. I doubt the coolant color has any relevance to your issues. If they mixed an OAT and a...

How did you determine the thermostat was working?

    P0202 & P0302

A misfire isn’t always caused by the ignition system. The codes suggest it’s most likely an injector issue….probably a connector or damaged wire. The spark plug replacement is also a potential clue. Injector connector moved or damaged in the process. Things happen.

    P0202 & P0302

I’d take a look at the Cylinder 2 injector and plug before anything based on those particular codes. What did they do with this tuneup? May have disconnected Injector 2 and not plugged it back in correctly
