Thank you, BLACKJKU! I went with the 4.5" backspace to avoid the control arm, if it's not enough I'll look to get spacers right away to prevent any damage. Hopefully will have the new set on by next weekend and will share photos and updates.

Hey there - Just purchased my first Jeep Wrangler (2018 Gobi JKU) and ordered some 35s and rims. If I plan to use this as a daily driver with the only off-road action being dirt trails and campsites, would you see an issue with 35" A/Ts on 17" rims with 4.5" backspacing? I've read so many...
