is that something easy to replace

I got caught out in the rain with everything off the JK. now my horn, headlights (high beams and fog lamps) turn signals and my radio volume control are not working and my windshield wipers wont turn off unless i pull the fuse. any suggestions on how to fix problem or am I screwed?
