A JK's block heater doesn't go into the water jacket. It simply sits in a hole on the outside of the block.

I've bought 3 different packages from customwheels4u but they are now http://www.pacificwheel.com. Always best pricing and can get you just about anything you want. I haven't dealt with the new name change but its supposed to be the same people. I always just called them and got a direct quote.

If it looks good I'd let it bump with that low of miles. If it looks like crap, swap'er out.

Will that unit plug&play? No mods to the dash?

Sticking a 120V electric heater under the hood may work too, but you'd have to take it in and out every time instead of sampling plugging in an e cord.

Block heaters heat the block so mostly just the oil gets warmed. Even if the water warms up a little as a side effect, its not circulating so it wouldn't heat the radiator or hoses. I think I'd suggest a heat blanket around the washer fluid res and tie it in with a 120v splitter to the engine...

I would get someone to hit the button while you hold onto the pump first though. If its not running you might check the fuses. Then replace.

Its right behind the washer fluid tank at the bottom and just snaps in. If you pull it out away from the tank fluid will flow out of the tank so that will tell you if the pump is getting fluid.

Just unhook the pump and blow through the system. You should be able to hear the pump running also.

How many miles on it? If its 75k+ I'd change the spark plugs, if not sounds like the CPS like Press said.

Led replacement for the dome light and also consider adding red rock lights or light strips under the seats. That lights up the bottom of the jeep without messing with your vision. you could also tap into your dome light with a white rock light to give way more interior light.
