No you shouldn't if you don't do rock climbing, just a DD or light trails your ok.

You will need other things though with 35's such as speedometer recalibration, possibly gear change and a new front driveshaft.

I would think the fenders would be okay. I know other lifts at 2.5” can fit 35”, but MetalCloak I think does give more articulation then others.

No, but you'll need to set your bumpstops accordingly.
