I’m considering new tires for my JK but don’t want to install TPMS sensors as I’d prefer to go with old school stems.

I have an AEV procal and understand that I can shut off the TPMS sensors (using it) but would like to know if anyone else has done this with desirable results?

I deleted my TPMS with my Hypertec Programmer so i'm sure if it says you can it will delete them. You could try deleting them now before getting your new wheels just to make sure.

Solid suggestion. I’ll try it and chime back.

A few month back I lowered the threshold so it wouldn’t annoy me in the winter. It didn’t dawn on me to completely eliminate them till I was told it’ll cost a couple hundred to get new one’s installed. Eff that!
