When you took off the old filter did you check to make sure the seal came off too? Sometimes they stay behind and won’t let the new one snug up causing a leak.

Yep, made sure the old seal was gone. I think Sidechickbuiltjk below is right, the funnel did slip while I was putting the new oil in, I just didn’t think it was that much.

Looks like maybe some spilled oil as oppose to a leak.

Some UV dye in the oil and a UV flashlight would tell you pretty quick where it was coming from (if it is a leak).

Many, many years ago as a younger lad, I watched my friend change the oil in his Chevy pickup. It was parked in the garage and we'd enjoyed a few cold ones watching football or something (it was 1975). He carefully managed to put 6 quarts in without spilling an ounce.
A few minutes later after carefully wiping off the fill cap and cleaning up the valve covers, he walked around to start the truck and immediately slipped and fell to the floor in a puddle of brand new 10/40 Pennzoil on his concrete garage floor. Those darn oil pan plugs.....

This thread can probably be deleted, doesn’t seem to be a leak. I’ve been monitoring it and most likely the culprit is a small-ish spill.
