Strange whining noise from transmission?

Hey all, I recently had a new motor and clutch put into my 08 Jku sahara. The clutch was not installed right so I redid the work myself. The clutch had somehow ripped the springs out of the clutch plate so i redid everything. It works fine now. However there was a noise coming from it before i changed everything and it is still making it. It whines at lower speeds.i recorded a video to aid in my quest for diagnosis
Any help would be super appreciated.

I actually tried to change it today. I should add that this is a manual transmission. I have to wait on a little allen tool for the drain plug to arrive since the exhaust is in the way. When i opened the fill plug a ton of gear oil flowed out and onto the ground though. Im not sure how someone could overfill one of these.
