Removing crossmember, where to support?

Greetings gentleman and ladies.
2008 automatic, trying to save it before the rust does its thing on it.
Will be removing crossmember, where should i place the jackstands in order to support engine-transm-transc?
Should i replace those 4x 18mm bolts with something better?

If your removing the trans crossmember then you can put a jack under the trans close to the crossmember. I always put a piece of wood between the jack and trans, and for safety you could always put a jackstand somewhere.

Yep, X2 to what he said. I do it the same way.

I always put a piece of wood on the jack and then jack from the transmission housing itself, then remove the crossmember.
