Radio buttons not working

So the buttons on my radio, in my 2016 JK are not working. I have vaccumed, dusted tried everything I know to do is there any easy way to get them to work, without buying a new radio? sound is fine, can change channel with the dial, just no presets and I cant change from Sat, to FM or Aux.

This is the stock non touch screen radio.

Pull the fuse to reset it and see if that helps…

nope everyone local is saying the radio needs replaced

If the reset didn't work, it's probably time to replace. The OEM head units aren't exactly top shelf to begin with. You can get a better replacement for less than the cost of repairing the OEM unit.
