I'm having issues with the 2 front passenger and drivers power windows. The 2 windows on the back seat are fine. I drove through some pretty heavy rain today on my way to a Dr appointment. When I came out the rain stopped but my 2 front windows would not open. The 2 back windows work fine. Any thoughts?

This is the 2nd time it happened and it only does it when it rains hard
So water is clearly getting someplace it shouldn't. I can't imagine you wouldn't notice if water was somehow getting into the connections behind the dash. And if it was getting into the fuse box or something under the hood, it would be unlikely to always and only affect the windows. Are the seals where the window goes into the door worn or loose?

The only place I see water coming in is from the passenger front door like every other Jeep it leaking in through the freedom tops

It's definitely a water issue from the rain I parked the Jeep in my garage for a little while and now the windows are working

If it's running down the outside of the glass, past the seal, and inside the door, I don't think you'd be able to see it. Maybe pull the inner panels off and waterproof the connections.
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking as well. Water getting into the door as you said only when it rains does it stop working . The door would be the most venerable spot if the seal is a tad loose on the glass
