So my Jeep started making this noise when I push in the clutch, anyone know what the problem might be?

Won't play but I spent a month tracking down my "clutch" rattle.

We did the throw out bearing and clutch and threw an additive into the tranny fluid with no change.

In front of the tranny input shaft is a short spacer which was missing. Likely from when the engine was replaced 2 years ago. New part in and all is quiet again.

Sorry, wrong forum..... this was on a TJ..... feel free to delete Chris.

A bearing noise that occurs when releasing the clutch pedal to engage the clutch while in neutral, but goes away when the pedal is depressed is caused by a bad transmission input shaft bearing.

That being said, it sounds like your input shaft bearing is toast. Don't drive on that, get it fixed ASAP.
